TUITION PAYMENTS

The school year runs approximately 35 weeks, from mid September to mid June. There is an annual registration fee of $35.00 per student. Tuition is an annual fee, which may be paid in full or financed monthly. The yearly tuition fee is based on the number of hours of weekly study. As the number of weekly
hours increases, the hourly rate decreases. Rates for weekly hours refer to each student individually. There are no refunds of deposits, registration fees or start up tuition fees.

• Tuition for one class

Payment for the full year in advance due at registration or sign up for our automated
monthly billing.

• Tuition for two or more classes

A discounted rate is given to all students taking more than one class. Students enrolling in two or more classes may choose to finance payments monthly.Ten payments; first and last month due at registration and thereafter on the first day of each month from October through May or Payment for the full year in advance by September 1 of any school year – Cash, Credit or Debit. (Visa/MC/AMEX accepted)

• Family Payment Plans

Families with more than one person enrolled may choose to finance payments monthly. Ten payments; first and last month due at registration and thereafter on the first day of each month from October through May. You can also save 10% by paying for the full year in advance by September 1 of any school year.



A deduction of 5% is given to families with more than one person enrolled for the entire school year. Please ask for assistance before calculating your payments – Cash, Credit or Debit. (Visa/MC/AMEX accepted)


MAKE-UP & CANCELLATIONS:

Every student is entitled to make-up lessons if absent or in the event classes are canceled for any reason other than scheduled holidays. Missed classes should be made-up in a similar level. No refunds, deductions or credits will be made for cancellations or absences.

Ages 8+:

Two classes per week are recommended to maintain a firm technical standard. Students in two or more
ballet classes learn at a quicker pace.

Students entering Classical Ballet/Advanced & Pre-Professional levels:

Three or more classes per week are mandatory at this level to maintain a strong technical standard. Students are encouraged to take additional classes
to strengthen technique and pointe work.

Pre-Pointe/Pointe Work:

Restricted to qualified students 10 years of age or older who have reached a strong
technical standard. Technique, Pre-Pointe & Pointe classes include an introduction to pointe work. Classical Ballet & Pointe levels incorporate strenuous pointe work.

*Performance Awards, Royal Academy Presentations and Examinations: Only students taking the required
amount of classes will be eligible.
